Students' Organization

 

Karaoke Event

 

The student organization organized a Karaoke event for two consecutive days, Monday 17th of January and Tuesday 18th. More than 40 songs were sung during that occasion. Students from different grades along with Teachers participated in this event. 
The aim of this event was to modify the idea in the students mind and prove them that school is not just about serious work but it can also be entertaining!!!

Christmas Fiesta


The student organization organized a Christmas fiesta on Friday 17th of December for Grades 7 & 8.
The fiesta included a magic show and animated games.
Over 70 students participated in the event.  The money that was gathered has been distributed to families that are in need. This was done in order to help students experience the sense of giving especially in such a holiday as Christmas.

Big thank you to all the students that helped make this event a success.

Soap Soccer Event

 

When everyone had their eyes on South Africa for the World Cup, the Sagesse High School students were getting ready for that competition in their own FUN way. THE SOAP SOCCER EVENT that was organized by the Student Organization was its first of its kind.

Over 30 teams were formed and participated in this event. A game was even organized between students and teachers.

At the end, the Student Organization would like to thank all the students that helped make this event a success.

On Friday October 30, 2009 the Student organization invited the "KunHadi" Organization to increase awareness among SHS students concerning road safety.


The event started with testimony given by Mr. & Mrs. Gebrane (Hadi's parents). The testimony included a video of Hadi's life until his death. It was attended by all students of Grade 11, IB1 and Secondary 2 who were informed about the road signs and regulations that one must abide by.

Students were divided into 3 groups:
1- Road Emergency Tips given by members of the Lebanese Red Cross
2- Seat Belt Convincer
3- Knowledge test in Road Safety and Signs

All students participated in the 3 different events and learned the importance of abiding by the road safety measures thus preserving their lives and the lives of others.
